Returns Policy

At Shilpter, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Returns Policy below:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased directly from Shilpter through the website, except under specific conditions.
  • Returns will be accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:
  • The merchandise must be received by Shilpter within 3 days after the delivery date; returns will not be accepted after this period.
  • You must provide a full and complete video of the unpackaging of the product.
  • You must provide your Purchase Order number received when your order was placed through the website.
  • Apparel and Accessories: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging. A video of the unpackaging is required if the product arrives damaged.
  • Once your merchandise is deemed eligible for return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and provided with instructions on how to complete the process.
  • Reimbursements will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your package to complete the refund process.

Shipping Policy

Here’s what you need to know about Shilpter’s Shipping Policy:

  • Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Some of the orders may take more time. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or telephone if there will be a significant delay.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
  • Damages: Shilpter is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Remember to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
